Fulfillment Policy

Overview

This Fulfillment Policy describes how Kraft Consulting delivers services, handles payments, and manages cancellations and refunds. By enrolling in any Kraft Consulting program or service, you agree to the terms outlined here.

Services delivered

Kraft Consulting provides sales coaching, training, and consulting services, including but not limited to:

  • The Conversuasions Sales Accelerator, a 6-month 1:1 coaching engagement
  • Sales Structure Audits, complimentary 30-minute diagnostic sessions
  • Sales training resources, frameworks, and curriculum
  • Voxer voice support between scheduled coaching sessions
  • Live call reviews and feedback sessions

Delivery of services

Coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom video call and are scheduled directly through Kyle Kraft's calendar link. Session recordings are provided to the client upon request. Curriculum, frameworks, and supporting resources are delivered digitally through designated platforms and tools.

Services begin upon receipt of payment and execution of any applicable service agreement. Onboarding materials and the first scheduled session are initiated within five business days of enrollment.

Payment terms

Payments are accepted via credit card, ACH, or other methods specified at enrollment. Payment plans are available for certain programs as outlined during the enrollment process. All payment terms are confirmed in writing prior to service commencement.

Installment payments are due on the dates agreed upon at enrollment. Failure to complete installment payments does not entitle the client to a refund of amounts already paid, and access to services may be suspended until the account is brought current.

Cancellation policy

Clients may cancel scheduled sessions with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice are forfeited and will not be rescheduled without additional charge.

Program cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation of the engagement does not entitle the client to a refund of amounts already paid unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

Refund policy

Due to the nature of digital and coaching services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in a written service agreement. Refunds will not be issued for services already delivered, sessions already conducted, or materials already provided.

In the event of a documented failure to deliver agreed-upon services on the part of Kraft Consulting, a pro-rated refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Kraft Consulting. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the service failure.

Program completion

Results from coaching and training programs depend on the client's effort, implementation, and individual circumstances. Kraft Consulting does not guarantee specific outcomes, income levels, or close rates as a result of participation in any program.

Intellectual property

All frameworks, curriculum, scripts, and materials provided through Kraft Consulting services are the intellectual property of Kraft Consulting. Clients are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for their own business. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of any materials is prohibited without written permission.
